Feliz Cumpleanos Merrill

We celebrated another big one for Merrill on Friday April 4th. We invited a few friends from work and their families for a baked potato bar and flan for dessert. Most had never had a baked potato bar like we do in the states but it seemed to be a hit! The flan was made by one of our friends and it was yes...delicioso! The picture of Merrill at the bottom is a story in itself. One of the gifts he asked for was a Tacos Bachomo apron. For those of you who don't what this place is let me just say it was our second kitchen when we lived here before. It has some of the best tacos in town and a fun environment AND it finally has chicken on the menu. Yea!
